  • Kelsey Glen is in Lexington County School District One and is zoned for Rocky Creek Elementary, Beechwood Middle, and Lexington High.
    
    

• Sewer

  • Sewer is a Town of Lexington “force main.” Homeowner is responsible for a pump station (i.e., grinder pump) that ties the home’s sewage disposal lines to the Town of Lexington’s existing line at the street. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to pressure test sewer lines between their home and the town’s “force main” prior to turning on the sewer pump.
